Our Commitment to You
At qualifiied.com, your satisfaction is the foundation of every order. We’ve structured our policies to be clear and fair, covering everything from changing your mind before an item ships, to handling a product that arrives with a quality issue. Below, you’ll find the details for each specific situation, so you always know what to expect.
When You Need to Cancel
You have a window to change your mind. A full refund is yours if you cancel before the product is shipped or produced. The key moment is shipment—once the package is out the door, the order can no longer be cancelled. It’s that straightforward.
If You Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item
Mistakes happen, and when they’re on our end, you won’t be left covering the cost. If the goods you received are damaged or not correct, you are not required to bear the shipping fee for returning them. We’ll guide you through the process to make it right.
Returning an Item for Quality Reasons
Quality problems are covered by a 14-day return window. For any return to move forward, the item needs to meet a few straightforward requirements:
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It needs to be in the original packaging.
Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready to complete the return.
How Your Refund Works
After your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to inspect it, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt. That message will also let you know whether the refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The processing time for all of this is 2-7 days.
Checking on a Delayed Refund
If the refund hasn’t appeared yet, a few quick checks can often locate it:
Start by looking at your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company—posting times can vary.
Next, reach out to your bank, as they often have their own processing window.
If you’ve taken all these steps and still haven’t seen the refund, please contact us at support@qualifiied.com.
Shipping Costs: Who Pays When
Here’s how shipping fees are handled. You’ll be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns), and no restocking fee is ever charged. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee, with the specific amount depending on the express company you choose. As mentioned earlier, if the reason for the return is our error—damaged or incorrect goods—you are not required to bear the shipping fee.
